1. Enables us to instantly load all approved orders on to a system that all members of staff have access to – meaning all staff have up to the minute access to all outstanding, in progress and completed works.
2. Emergency works can be instantly forwarded to the nearest available engineer, electronically via his PDA.
3. Work can be planned into engineers diaries in advance and altered as the clients demands change.
4. Engineers are able to sign off completed works and electronically populate a signed document as proof of work carried out, times on site and Manager satisfaction. This information is clearly visible to all staff and is constantly updated throughout the day giving us immediate knowledge of completion of works.
5. Admin staff are able to move jobs from one engineers diary to another if engineers are delayed on jobs with instant effect.
6. Engineers can send photos via the system that can be instantly viewed and stored on the system for future reference or forwarded to our client.
