Engineers
All our engineers are directly employed by Alpha and have the relevant trade
Qualifications that you would come to expect from a national maintenance provider and follow the Alpha bespoke NVQ programme.
Training and key skills are vital, in addition to our trade qualifications all our engineers are fully trained in Health & Safety including:
- Asbestos Recognition
- Tower Scaffold
- Specialist in access and plant machinery
- Confined space working
- First Aid
Help Desk/Office
Our maintenance call centre team offers the highest level of service with the belief that 'communication' is the key to a successful partnership with our clients. Together with our technical and IT staff we promptly and effectively maintain a quick responsive service carried out by our own fully trained operatives in modern, well equipped, liveried vans.
